HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

For all bookings with less than 11 people in your group it is best to make this booking online using the Book Now button. If there are potentially 10 or more people in your group you will need to speak to a member of our team for them to schedule the event for you. If you are unable to speak then please fill in the contact/ enquiry form on the relevant website page.

WILL there be other people in my booking/ will my booking be exclusive?

All events are run to be cost effective and it is intended that there is a minimum number of people in the event. When booking for small groups we allow other small bookings to make the event up to a suitable number. In these circumstances we limit this to 8 people. These bookings are not exclusive. Only when booking for more than 8 or in special circumstances will we make the booking exclusive ie a closed group or private booking. 

What happens if we need to cancel our booking?

Any booking or purchase over the phone or via website can be cancelled and refunded in full up to 14 days after the Confirmation of Reservation email is issued the first time. There are no Refunds on vouchers once the 14 day cooling off period after puchase has passed.

If the booking is made or cooling off period falls within the Minimum Period of Notice then the cooling off period is reduced to 48hrs. After the cooling off period has expired there are no refunds issued except where outlined in Clause 12. Force Majeure. The Company may at its own discretion offer a Voucher in lieu of any monies forfeited.

We would always recommend that you add on our Booking Insurance which gives you additional benefits to get a refund and or postpone without penalty to allow for the unforeseen.

Under normal terms and conditions no postponement is permitted once inside the minimum period of notice. Postponement is permitted outside of the minimum period of notice and will attract a rebooking fee of 30% of value or minimum £15.00 per person

The Minimum Period of Notice is determined by group size and day of the week as below:

  • ‚Äč1-4 “Participant” required 7 days’ notice. 14 days' notice for saturdays.
  • 5-15 “Participant” required 14 days’ notice. 28 days' notice for saturdays.
  • 16 or more “Participant” required 28 days’ notice. 56 days' notice for saturdays

Failure to attend as booked, will result in forfeiting your booking.

Can I just turn up on the day?

We operate on a pre-booked, time slot basis. To avoid disappointment or a wasted journey please contact us first. If you require a last-minute booking please call 01928 240444 or email info@hoverforce.co.uk to check if we have availability.

We are not sure on how many people will be in our group?

We recommend only booking for the numbers you are confident you will have in your group. It is easier to add spaces than takeaway as you will pay for the spaces you book. 

Do I need to be in a group to do the activities?

No, there is no need to come in your own group.  We will mix you together with other individuals in groups of no more than 6 or 8 people depending on your activity.

We run sessions specifically for small groups as well as large and these are available weekends and selected weekdays during the summer and during holidays.

If the weather is bad, will my booking still go ahead?

In the event of bad weather, it MAY be possible that we will have to cancel/postpone your event.   We will use all means you have given us to contact you if we need to cancel.  If you are in doubt please contact us before setting off on your journey.  We ask that you monitor your phone in the 24 hours prior to the event. 

Do not assume your booking is cancelled if the weather is inclement.

For Stag and Hen bookings we will do our very best to make sure your event happens but if it is too dangerous we will try to offer you an alternative activity or date.
