What happens if we need to cancel our booking?

Deposit: Where your event is more than 28 days away, there is a 7 day cooling off period. 

If you book within 28 days of the event there is a 48 hour cooling off period.

If you cancel the booking, your deposit will be retained by Hover Force and you will not be refunded.

If there are any reduction in numbers, a percentage of the deposit will be forfeited. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.  The earlier we are advised of changes in numbers the more flexible we can be.  Hover Force Terms and Conditions

We need to cancel our voucher booking...

Individual vouchers, once booked will attract a cancellation fee of £12.50 per person provided there is a minimum of 14 days till the event date. If it is inside 14 days of the event the voucher will be forfeit. Refunds outside of these terms are at our absolute discretion.

Failure to attend as booked, will result in you forfeiting your voucher.

I need to change my booking...

You may rebook a voucher, providing you provide us with at least 7 days notice and the voucher is not due to expire before the booking date.  The cost of rebooking is £12.50 per person.

Can I just turn up on the day?

We operate on a pre-booked, time slot basis. To avoid disappointment or a wasted journey please contact us first.   If you require a last-minute booking please call 01928 240444 or email to check if we have availability.

We are not sure on how many people will be in our group?

We recommend only booking for the numbers you are confident you will have in your group. It is easier to add spaces than takeaway as you will pay for the spaces you book. 

If the numbers go up or down let us know immediately by email quoting your booking reference so we can try to accommodate the changes:

Do I need to be in a group to do the activities?

No, there is no need to come in your own group.  We will mix you together with other individuals in groups of no more than 6 or 8 people depending on your activity.

We run sessions specifically for individuals and these are available weekends and selected weekdays during the summer and during holidays.

If the weather is bad, will my booking still go ahead?

In the event of bad weather, it MAY be possible that we will have to cancel/postpone your event.   We will use all means you have given us to contact you if we need to cancel.  If you are in doubt please contact us on before setting off on your journey.  We ask that you monitor your phone in the 24 hours prior to the event. 

Do not assume your booking is cancelled if the weather is inclement.

For Stag and Hen bookings we will do our very best to make sure your event happens but if it is too dangerous we will try to offer you an alternative activity or date.
