Frequently Asked Questions

Why isn’t my voucher being recognised by the booking system?

If you have a Voucher beginning with ‘HFP*******’ we are currently unable to insert this into the online booking system, please call or email your code to make a booking.

For any other vouchers or gift certificates please check the expiry date and ensure you are entering the code correctly, but if you still have issues get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

My Voucher has expired can I still use it?

Please ensure you contact us no later than 4 weeks before the stated expiry date. Saturdays are often fully booked months in advance, so Sundays are the day of choice for vouchers. Weekends are very popular, so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. The expiry date is a USE BY and not a BOOK BY date! Vouchers are non-refundable.

What happens if we can’t make it?

Failure to attend, once you have a confirmed booking will result in your voucher and / or your booking being forfeit. Rebooking or cancellation is strictly in accordance with the voucher or booking terms and conditions or those stated on the website without exception.

What time should I get there?

Plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the confirmed start time.

What facilities do you have?

We are predominantly an outdoor event, so we’re in the hands of the gods (as far as the weather is concerned).  We do have a number of shelters in the form of a storage container as well as covered pits areas.  We do have a covered briefing space and we have covered picnic / BBQ viewing areas and toilet facilities.  Refreshments are available to purchase, including hot and cold drinks.

If the weather is bad, will my event still go ahead?

Please monitor your phone in the 24 hours prior to the event in case there is a need for us to postpone e.g. Due to adverse weather. For stag and hen bookings we will do our very best to make sure your event happens but if it is too dangerous to do it we will try to offer you a alternative activities. Do not assume your booking is cancelled if the weather is inclement. We will use all means you have given us to contact you if we need to cancel. If you are in doubt please contact us before setting off on your journey. If you cannot contact us it usually means we are running an event, leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can. Call Paul on 07590845319
